We would like to thank Parker Thompson for coming out to speak to our high school students about distracted driving. Parker is a 17 year old professional race car driver who is spending the off season talking to students in Alberta about distracted driving as part of his “Drive to Stay Alive” program. Parker is an engaging speaker who had our student gripped as he talked about the issue of distracted driving, a problem that causing more deaths on our roads than any other.
